Karen Logan

Karen is a Chartered Secretary with over 20 years of experience in governance and regulatory compliance. Karen was previously a partner of an accounting and advisory firm for over seven years before establishing Themis Corporate in March 2014. Karen currently holds the position of company secretary for several ASX listed public companies, unlisted public and private companies spanning technology, media, life science and mineral exploration and agriculture sectors and is responsible for all regulatory and compliance requirements for these clients. 

In addition to the company secretary roles, Karen has extensive experience in assisting clients with managing governance matters and assisting with the compliance aspects of capital raising activities, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and capital restructuring. Over Karen’s career, she has managed IPO’s and RTO's for admission to stock exchanges locally and overseas including assisting clients with the prospectus preparation and due diligence responsibilities.   

Karen is an active member of the Governance Institute of Austalia and participated as a mentor of the University of Western Australia's Career Mentor Link program for over 10 years.

Karen is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
